Quality Control – Tracking, Reporting & Auditing

Blue Truck will attempt to distribute your item door to door where possible, however in certain instances this will not possible due to building security measures and when this occurs a controlled amount of copies will be left at building receptions for collection by the residents.

The quantities for distribution outlined in the attached plan are based on our latest survey figures which are updated every 3-6 months, please note that they may not represent 100% coverage of the areas mentioned. The quantities for areas and developments within the UAE change on a daily basis and distribution of the attached plan may only represent 70%+ coverage in certain circumstances.

Blue Truck incorporates a multi-level quality control system

1. Distribution quantities are based on our latest field surveys and developer information
2. Final distribution of all items and areas are checked by Team Leaders & Supervisors
3. Internal Auditing Teams check completed distribution on a random basis and provide photo evidence of distribution where possible
4. Custom independent or bespoke audits can be structured and implemented on request
